Welcome to your new home for physical media, DVDs, Blu-rays, movie collectables and everything that makes film collecting special.

We know that when you are buying pre-loved physical media, mystery movie boxes, subscriptions or Movie Night In hampers, you may have a few questions before placing your order. That is why we have brought together answers to some of the questions we are asked most often.

Below, you will find information covering who Animal Media is, what we sell, how our products work, how we source and check our pre-loved DVDs and Blu-rays, what you can expect from your order, and why we are so passionate about keeping physical media alive.

We have tried to make this FAQ as useful and straightforward as possible, whether you are ordering from us for the first time, choosing a gift for a film lover, subscribing to one of our mystery products, or simply want to know a little more about Animal Media and the story behind the business.

Not at this present time. We may look at ways around choosing certain genres, however the fun about these mystery hampers is never truly knowing what you are going to get - allowing you the chance to explore new movies and films you might not normally get to see!

They are! We are trying to do all we can to relove DVDs, Blu Rays and other pieces of physical media.

Don't worry though! Every piece is checked, cleaned, and in a good condition!

Subscribing is the best way to enjoy these hampers! Not only do you get a monthly surprise, but you get a discount too!

On the product listing, scroll to the option to subscribe, and our team will send you out a movie at the start of every month!

We will never knowingly send a duplicate movie to the same customer twice, and we will always send the best possible options that we can.

However, our choice is final.

If you aren't happy, do let us know, and we will note the feedback, and we always encourage you to regift your movie wherever possible.

We will always work on a seasonal basis to ensure the freshness of the snacks, and the goodies. However, we will always aim to include at least three goodies (sometimes more!) This could include popcorn, sweets, drinks and other goodies.

If you have any dietary requirements, please do let us know in advance!

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their
purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to
work with you to make it right.

Simply log into your account, and cancel. Your subscription fee will get taken out on the 1st of every month with your product sent out not too long after. Please note, if you cancel after the payment has taken, we will still have to fulfill that final order.

We always aim to please! If you need specific allergen free products in your hampers, please let us know when placing the order. We cannot always guarantee this, but will always do what we can!

The majority of our DVDs, Blu Rays and other physical media items come
from charity shops, but we do also rely on other sources where needed.

Our food and drinks for hampers come from the best available reputable sources at the time of purchase.

How Does it All Work?

Simply buy your movie hamper of choice; either DVD, or Blu Ray - and sit tight!

We will then build you a hamper including your movie, snacks, popcorn, and other seasonal goodies.

Everything you need to either enjoy a movie alone, or with loved ones!
