What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
My DVD/Blu Ray Doesn't Work
We ensure all products are tested before they are sent out, however sometimes things happen in transit, and items slip through the net. If you are struggling with your order, simply let us know and we will put things right!
When will I get my order?
For subscription orders, we will always aim to dispatch the orders within the first week of the month.
All other orders are sent out within 48 hours of being placed - then, they are in the hands of the courier service you have chosen.
If your order does seem to be taking a little longer than anticipated, be sure to get in touch!
Where do you source your products?
The majority of our DVDs, Blu Rays and other physical media items come from charity shops, but we do also rely on other sources where needed.
Our food and drinks for hampers come from the best available reputable sources at the time of purchase.
Do you buy DVDs and Blu Rays?
Yes we do! Although we do rely heavily on stock from charity shops, we sometimes need to stock up from other people! If you have a large batch of physical media to sell, get in touch.
